One thing I noticed is they had their cookie cutter legal jargon about no residual value left over for equity holders or whatever, but didn’t say that on the latest report. It said the deal was good for all of the companies stakeholders, I believe that’s the shareholders not creditors like some try to say it’s speaking of. If it meant creditors they would just refer to them as creditors like they do everywhere else in the report. It specifically said debtor aka bio amber stakeholders and no mention of no residual value comment. If commoners were wiped out why not just say that unless the only reason they didn’t say it is due to the fact that it’s not true.
