Visolis sealed the Canadian purchase agreement. Why?

If Visolis did not care about BIOAQ shareholders and wanted cheap shares to buy 51% of the shares then they should have left the Canadian purchase agreement unsealed. BIOAQ shareholders would see that and dump their shares then. Visolis would scoop up the cheap shares and win.

If Visolis unsealed the Canadian purchase agreement and it was favorable for BIOAQ shareholders then BIOAQ shareholders would buy up the shares and the PPS would rise. Then it would cost Visolis more money to purchase the 51% of the shares. BIOAQ shareholders would win and Visolis also but just cost a little more money.

If Visolis was just going to let BIOAQ shares vaporize into oblivion as well as the BIOAQ shareholders then they would have left all documents unsealed. Why would they care anyway then because they have all Canadian assets and intangible assets. LOL
