At the moment, yes. Will it stay that way? Nothing precludes Rich from starting again though he could get in trouble with the warrant holders...we’ll see how that pans out. Don’t forget that the “no debt” situation has also promised a 2B OS in the future once warrants and Pref Es get converted.
