Question about shares transferred to new company. If or when this happens do we transfer based on the current share price compared to the new share price? I assume if LCY shares open up at a higher pps our shares would be greatly reduced, or could part of the negotiation been an agreed upon share transfer amount for example the monitors fair value 1.60 or whatever it was pps? Basically just wondering when this is all said and done are we going to retain the same account value?
