Shareholders will survive . For how long it is hard to say . soupq had all their assets sold more then a year ago and not all creditors were paid . It is still trading today if you can call it that . But you will get no type of monetary payout . What you will get is to keep your shares in a debt riddin empty shell . That will trade till somebody calls finra and shouts it down .
