yeah, and I had to edit my post as it's not platform per se, but, public platform "feed" and private platform "feed" which we've known about for some time- the hft's and such. I was being somewhat factitious. Still, he seems to be hell-bent on cleaning it up but even he admits that when there's profit to be made, it's a wild wild west scenario.
