Robert Jackson (SEC Commissioner) on CNBC right now- interesting to say the least. I now know why we can't score- there are TWO trading platforms- public feed and private feed. WHAAAAAT!?!? His words paraphrased- the public platform is what we retailers are sold but the private platforms (which the exchanges ALSO charge at a greater price to private firms that can afford it) have the "REAL" stock prices thereby screwing us for mere pennies but at many time per micro-second. Adds up to big bucks.
