but most retailers are NOT going to give it space as VERY FEW will buy it

when it is either free for 60+ year olds and has a small pharmacy fee for the rest of the people.

You can still buy one and pay full retail for it but that is NOT human nature.

Few sales will result from OTC when they are basically free.
