I would say that there is a 99.9% chance that Wade negotiated the note is my reasoning.

Valerie or TJ and even Anna are just figureheads.

We may be able to glean more about the SIGO note based on others Wade has negotiated that have warrants.

I can show many others.

The bottom line is the investors will get creamed.
