Incorrect. By reading the documents you’ll clearly see the difference. They aren’t buying the company as bioamber and continuing operations under existing structure. It’s called a call for bids to purchasers that want WHAT the company does... but not WHO was doing it. Jeez. Words can be spun so many ways. PWC themselves broke down the entire process in the docs. But you already knew that.
