if the merger has not been completed, all they have are the original FHAL shares, right? I thought there was another filing that had to take place before the merger took place. CVSU may not have completed the transfer of shares yet. It the deal falls apart, the shareholders don't own ANY of CVSU - and that is where the bonds are.
