Remember that scam where the guy tried to scam everyone and take shares? Thank god that never ended up coming into a public shell.

This filing is actually forboding of potentially a merging entity who won’t have to submit audit filings now to go current. Since there is no debt in this shell based on the March filing. - going current is huge to complete the merger. Wonderful. Hmmm
