When will California start issuing annual licenses??
Not only is this a key question for VBF/SIGO, it is key for all California MJ businesses that want to remain legal.
As far as I know, the state has issued ZERO annual cultivation licenses (and zero other annual MJ licenses).
So imho, when the first ANNUAL licenses are issued, it could light a fire under the entire legal cannabis industry in California. TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK.
(P.S. I've seen some hints that ANNUAL licenses will not be issued until after Jan. 1, 2019. Haven't been able to connect the dots yet, so just consider this as a "rumor". Will be trying to uncover the "reality" to this issue over the next several months. This is VERY important to me, because I am already invested in one entity doing MJ business in CA and am looking for other opportunities in CA MJ. Even VBF/SIGO is a possibility if they can get their act together!)
