How do you know that? The new rules haven't even been in effect for a month yet. Besides, a US citizen has already been held as an enemy combatant for 3 years without being charged with a crime and deprived of his constitutional legal rights. And an innocent canadian citizen spent a year in Syrian torture chambers after US authorities arrested him in New York and arranged the rendition.

Please explain to me how you can give zero odds for anything the government can do legally and has come within a hair's breadth of doing already. I don't care if the odds are 0.00001% or less. The fact that it's possible is what ought to get your attention as a citizen.
