.I trade based on charts and this chart has neared a bottom...is quite oversold and from a technical aspect not will but must bounce after it hits that bottom after the fear of the a/s increase subsides...

Massive AS increase will lead to massive OS increase which results in massive dilution and loss of PPS value as new shares flood the market.

Unless your chart takes into account massive new OS shares entering the market, the charting is inaccurate.

TRIPLE SHARES "likely" to enter the market, diluting share price as a result. There would be zero need to triple the AS unless the CEO intends to "spend" those new shares into the OS.
