How come its assumed that those shares noted on page 15 are assumed to be doled out 6 months after the issue date. Why wouldn't that 6 months be called out in the terms? Im not an expert on these filings. How does the maturity date play out in these dates? Is the maturity date an option the note holder can be paid out in as opposed to be given shares? But back to the basics, where is it stated that the note holders got their shares at 6 months after the issue date? It does look like they did as the accum/dist has dropped big in that timeframe beginning in July.
