Thats one of the reasons Oncolix had to increase Authorized to 8 billion shares. Ya think they needed 8 billion shares because they had 100m I&O? lol
The worse news is its almost impossible to stop this cycle, it just keeps growing larger & larger.. thats what many dont calculate
