Then how the hell did TGGI sell its ownership down to 30% last Jan????????If the shares are not issued until November LMFAO.......

June 29, 2018 -- TGGI does not consider BDCI a subsidiary, since its ownership was reduced to about 30% as of January 1, 2018 and is no longer the single largest shareholder of that company.

ITS CALLED DWYER PUMPING BDCI AND DUMPING HIS SHARES THAT TGGI BOUGHT SOME HOW WITH NO MONEY BUT DWYER DID NOT DILUTE TGGI TO GET THE 100 MILLION SHARES OF BDCI, THEY JUST ARRIVED IN HIS ACCOUNT BY PASSING GO AND LANDING ON CHANCE....................
