Perhaps I misunderstood Ron from #535916 as I thought there would be a payment or return of Assets to WMILT before the CIC. I was thinking (maybe wishing) that the GSA resulted in FDIC paying WMI for a) any WMI assets taken and b) residual from WMB.

...IMO, We should also start seeing "the Final Payment" to WMI for "WMB and it's assets" closing the GSA with FDIC/JPM. BK can't close with GSA open.
