Joe Canouse is the alpha male in the Canouse fambly of toXXXic financiers. Jeffery is one of the two uddah bruddahs - IIRC he used to be a fireman and has since retired and is pensioned ~OUTT. Even while on the yobb as a fireman, Joe used Jeffy as a frontman both as an officer is some scams and as a proxy toXXic financier fronting for the Canouse Cashola CONspiracy of toxxic finance. (Because, hay, if you're a fireman, may as well be a pennyscam CEO because it's nott like you have to ever actually do anything that wood interfer wiff yer fireman yobb -perfect moonlight yobb - you can werk it while yer munching firehouse donuts - sadly, there are no Tim Horton's in the area where Jeffy Canouse was a fireman.)
When one finds Jeffy, the grimy, crooked hands of Joe are almost always there underneath the surface.
I first ran across Joe in the EXPU (which became HIPH) scam. He posts here as joecanouse:

And I see he's STILL running one of his older scams (Trophy). I have a bunch of DD on him posted on various boards detailing a subset of his numerous scams - if one has search function, search my alias and Canouse to find them. They were mostly from years ago.
Which reminds me of a graphic in my Images that goes back to one of the very first (indeed the second) image I uploaded when I switched to this new iHub account. I am old enuff (just barely) to remember when banks and savings and loans used to give ~OUTT toasters if you deposited a buncha cash in a new account. Of course this was BEFORE the crash-and-burn of the S&L crisis of 1990-91.
