WDDD has asked for discovery, CAFC says, they need to get

PTAB calendar, then briefs, discovery, arguments if needed, then decision.

3 months is a pipe dream, go read through the new guidance on PTAB remands from CAFC. Then factor in calendar date, and everything else.

As far as MRMD, the back stop....
we traded down in the .16's just the other day....
now we have 6 more months at least...minimum.
Go ahead, mark it on your calendar, we WILL NOT be through PTAB in 6 months from today. I promise you that.

I guess people think PTAB will have us on calendar next week.
Have people not been paying attanetion to how long this takes to get through the system???
