tractor4sale, SPCL did not respond to the notice of the pre-hearing conference;

Did you see SPCL file 3 years worth of financials?;

Even though IMO it is over for SPCL already, without SEC filings it definitely is. All SEC filings are Edgarized; SPCL will not be showing up with printed copies.

BTW- the conference is telephonic; no lawyers would be traveling anywhere.
