The document you have linked to in that post says nothing about reinstating the Nevada corporation so that it can legally be moved to Colorado. You cannot pick up and move a revoked corporation from one state into another just by writing a magic document, you have to correct the issues, pay the taxes/fees/fines in the state the corporation is officially domiciled in, get that state to reinstate, then you can move it. That document is otherwise invalid.
