From corporates perspective
Imo Responding to the pre hearing would provide investors with a very small piece of info either stating their going to provide the information, or they’re Not going to provide any information.
Doing that would either be really good for investors, enough to speculate that financials and the grand plan are going through. Investors would likely run the Price way up based just on that.
On the flip side, I do believe corporate has acknowledged and considered all of the above.
Corporate has kept their lips tightly under wraps for some time now, actually all of Vert has.
Why...?
Imo, most likely to let the uncertain meander off to other plays and sell their position here, only to gain a stronger more confident base of OTC investors.
Psychology works in wondrous ways altering how one perceives the makings unfolding or folding...
