Anyone care to take a whack at guesstimating the cost of each sales rep using the numbers in your post? Just assume maxes to be conservative - dunno how to guess mileage, have no idea how far the avg. rep travels in a month, maybe 1.5k-2k miles? Trying to get a handle on how much money they may need to raise to hire and pay all these folks given that AMRN doesn't like CAH to dip much below $100M.

$65-72K base, $36,400 bonus target-no cap
Car allowance $480-$600 depending on cost of living in your territory/zip code.
.23-.28 cent mileage depending on cost of fuel in your territory.
401K matches .50cent per dollar up to 4% of salary
