The market broke out to new highs by 3:20, Even as stocks like SNPS,MERQ are still below yesterday's low the move up at 10:00 (10:00 reversal play) continued after a mid-day consolidation around 12:00 and the semiconductors and earnings plays CONTINUED TO MAKE GAINS around the breakouts from mid-day consolidation.
