Agree.

The Injunction is based on the charge that rufus lied about certains bonds contracts, and in order to prevent him from doing so again the SEC wnats the company to cease operating (the Injunction).

If the bonds are proven, then there is no merit to the Main Complaint since it rests on their charges of frau, which will have been proven to be false upon verification of Rufus' statements re the bonds and contracts.
