They might keep the litigation going for years. But if they are not awarded the injunction the whole case will die. They will have to try new charges. Here is one. CSHD claims to have JVs but haven't funned that deals so all they have are contracts LOL

No really. The SEC has to blow the bonds up or stamp them as valid. There is now way around that. After they do that the can investigate RPH all they want. Now if RPH files a response to the complaint this could be interesting. On the 7th we will know. Bonds real or fake. All else is just smoke.
