Members of this board have done extensive research on Joseph Wade Mezey and his enterprises. And I am sure there were tons of complaints filed with the SEC and other agencies.
Why the SEC or other authorities have not acted is anyone's guess.
Not too long ago they denied an S - 1 for NDYN thus shutting down a scam before it even started.

They may be looking for the straw that will break the Camel's back?
That may be the reason why SIGO has not filed their 10 K!

And as far as California, I am almost 100% positive that the State stopped in to Salinas and discovered either they were growing 5000 square feet or less or not growing at all.
