Overall I was pleased with the webinar. Thank god nothing crazy was said on the hot mike when it ended. Basic and effective messaging from where I sat. I do think they would be better off presenting through either Mark or Brett but not both. The bouncing back and forth can become a bit confusing at times and they don't always agree. Messaging should be simple, direct and straightforward. For the most part I believe that they accomplished this and I applaud them.
