My guess is that having driven by, most of the area is open fields of farms. This happens to be the only one with a guard gate.

So someone is up to something. Question for investors are, what? And if SIGO.

If it is SIGO, who are they selling to and how are they dividing up the revenue, i.e. an audit is necessary.
