However the halt notice specifically states they had questions regarding the “adequacy and accuracy” of the information contained in the May 15 2018 quarterly report

The report has inadequate and inaccurate information in the form of two incorrectly calculated numbers.

With the first being in the “total liabilities” section of the balance sheet and then in the “beneficial shareholder’s” section it says he owns less 100,000,000 shares when he listed right above it that he owns 350,000,000
