Vance, after SPCL REVOKED, the rest is pure fantasy;

There are no such thing as CUSIP shares. SPCL and Kleinman have not made a statement since the suspension. SPCL would have to file all delinquent 10-Qs and 10-Ks after not bothering to do so for years. If Solaris reorganized to think that the new company would issue new shares for the same amount and price to those who held SPCL and lost it all is beyond unrealistic.

3 stocks came back after revocation out of 10,000+ revoked. Look into those 3 and see if there are any similarities at all to SPCL.
