That would be pretty dumb. Finra may not approve and where the heck would they find another 4 million after what transpired past few months.

Naw, I bet they had some prepaid items for demo in books plus 4 million in cash that they are using to prep demo.

I bet this will bust out., 35-50 ticks initially right
