$PNTV They should be, but PNTV doesn't have the money to do a buyback. Even if the revenues increase greatly in the short term they need the money to turn over to keep things going. $PNTV needs to make some decent profits, money that they can bank, that would allow them to do things like a buyback. Unfortunately, solid profits to support this are a long way off I think.
