James C. Witham. Mr. Witham was appointed to our Board of Directors in December 2017. Mr. Witham has provided consulting services to small businesses since May of 2009 through his company Witham Group LLC. From 1997 through May 2009, Mr. Witham served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AquaCell Technologies, Inc., a company he founded and took public, which traded on the American Stock Exchange. From 2005 to 2009 he also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of that company’s spun off subsidiary, Aquacell Water, Inc., which was also publicly traded. From April 1987 until April 1996, Mr. Witham was the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of US Alcohol Testing Of America, Inc., which he founded and took public, and which became one of the top trading equities on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Witham also served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of two of US Alcohol Testing’s publicly traded spun-off subsidiaries, US Drug Testing, Inc. (1992 through 1996) and Good Ideas, Inc. (1992 through 1996). Mr. Witham was chief executive officer and chairman of GreenCore Technology, Inc. when an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code was filed against that company on November 7, 2008. We believe Mr. Witham brings a wealth of experience and substantial benefit to our board of directors given his extensive background and acute insight in founding, operating and serving as Chairman of the board of directors of five publicly traded companies across a wide range of industries.

Mr. Witham founded AquaCell Technologies Inc. (alternate name GreenCore Technology, Inc.) and served as its Chief Executive Officer since March 1997 until May 2009 and served as its Chairman since January 2007 until May 2009. He founded JW Acquisition Co. in May 1996 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until March 1997. From April 1987 to May 1996, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of US Alcohol Testing of America, Inc. He founded Alcohol Testing Of America, Inc. From 2005 to 2009 he also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aquacell Water, Inc., which was also publicly traded. He serves as the Director of Airborne Wireless Network since December 2017. Mr. Witham has provided consulting services to small businesses since May of 2009 through his company Witham Group LLC. Mr. Witham served as Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Alcohol's two publicly held subsidiaries, U.S. Drug Testing, Inc. and Good Ideas Enterprises Inc. Mr. Witham spent more than 20 years in the sporting goods industry, securing licensing agreements with collegiate and professional sports leagues and obtaining multimillion-dollar orders from top-tier national retailers. He served as Chairman of US Alcohol Testing of America, Inc since April 1987 until April 1996. He served as Chairman of U.S. Alcohol's two publicly held subsidiaries, U.S. Drug Testing, Inc. from 1992 to 1996 and Good Ideas Enterprises Inc from 1992 to 1996. He served as Director of Aquacell Technologies, Inc. since 1998. Mr. Witham is a recipient of the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor, joining US Presidents, captains of industry, sports and entertainment leaders and other influential Americans.
