I guess the real question is when Cali does start to issue annual licenses, how long will it take SIGO to get theirs? I don't think either one of us can answer that question.
It is interesting to note, however, that SIGO did get another extension on their temporary manufacturing license. This presumably means that their annual license application is still being worked on, otherwise the extension wouldn't have been granted (according to feedback I have received from the CDFA).
The same is true for their one remaining cultivation license. If that also gets extended next month, then we can presume that their annual license application is still being worked on.
This is good news for SIGO as presumably they will need both annual licenses to continue their current activities into 2019.
I'm sure this is one of their top priorities, especially now that they seem to have optimized their growing protocols.
