A very sad but realistic look into the future here. The whole thought that these companies will roll over and pay up is extremely unrealistic. They will claw, scratch, and fight as long as they can in most instances. Even if SFOF wins all the way through a court battle it could be years before appeals are done and money actually changes hands. Look at all the other OTC patent holders suing people. The ones that get money spend years battling appeals after the first judgement. SFOR hasn’t even gotten through a discovery phase of an original judgment yet. There is at least 6 months to go once discovery is over with. By the time they would ever get to court here, there will be another 2 million minimum in losses on the books. Revenue goes up 191% and losses go down what? 7-8%? Still sticking at a solid 700k number. Reality is cash will run out here before any settlement happens. And I’m willing to bet based on how they are operating now there will be a reverse split leaving management with a majority of the company prior to any legitimate court money coming in. They’re battling every quarter to cash their checks at the bank on someone else’s dime. Any way they can. They’re starting to get creative. Writing is on the wall. Shareholders with millions right now should get out while they’re ahead, in my opinion, which is often very right here.
