Big Apple was not involved with GOSY. Apple tried to broker the International Shoe shell to GeckoSystems but the shares were never delivered. Apple ended up suing the shell owner and lost because the judge decided they were a sophisticated investor and should have known better.

GOSY went public via S-1.
