Free Speech rights end when profit taking

activities with another's non-authorized

taping begins...


Otherwise, no public TV rights

to re-broadcast or music rights

could hold up as ownership...


Even the question of taping by

police for broadcast for profit

are questionable without the consent

of those being taped...It is totally

different than being used as

testimony in court case...



Lawmakers in D.C. not being

scared by what is unfolding is

kinda surprising...As they could

be considered high value taping

targets for the profit motivated

with no regard for any boundery...



And Mr. Trump gets an F as grade

for not using No Comment when a

security breach investigation could

be in infancy...
