Good god, Musk doesn't get to invent his own laws for crying out loud. Maybe on Planet Cult but not in the real world.

Also, even private companies with more than 2000 investors have to file the same SEC reports as fully public companies. Sort of negates one of the reasons he claimed to want to go private in the first place.
