Thanks for the reply. Let me help you understand my inner thinking, if you know what I mean. Up is the opposite of down. Stock up = results good, stock down = results bad... because we live is a messed up world where no one cares about integrity or honesty. If they can make a buck, they'll squeal. It's the world we live in and it's no better magnified than in the stock market.
So go ahead, mock me all you want. You'll soon become very understanding of the term, "price is king" - especially if you find yourself beneath the ice running out of oxygen ($)
