Capacity at Sarnia was only 30 kT and the worldmarket of succinic acid is not bigger than 15-20 kT.
That greenfield cost are higher than brownfield is obvious. Eno (weener) wasn't the biggest problem. The previous board was. When Eno came aboard the schip already hit the iceberg. Except misfortune in oil-price also Trump elected mothballed any new investment comming from enviromental protection program killed by Trump.
