SHMN fake PR scam

The PR was obviously fake for the mere fact that SHMN said that Daiichi Sankyo Group Ltd (a global pharaceutical company with over 32,000 employees) was a subsidiary of SHMN.

Some people fell for the fake PR while others don't care if PRs are fake or not they just trade the momo no matter how big of a scam the ticker is and the price immediately spiked from $.0007/share to $.0013/share.

Less than an hour after the fake News hit, SHMN released a statement to disregard the earlier news

The SHMN stock price immediatly retreated below where it started now at $.0006/share.


SHMN is an active company. They have been doing their annual reports with the NV SOS and doing updates to their website, but today's PR was definitely not true.

So the question is who is responsible for the fake PR?

There is a group out there that I have been tracking going back to 2017 that has manipulated at least 18 tickers using fake news, fake websites, fake twitter accounts, and even fake filings.

I know the Fake PR group has been pumping SHMN for a while now

The IHUB alias the fake PR group uses has almost 50 posts on the SHMN forum including a bunch between July 17th and August 5th touting SHMN and predicting big things to come including something big this week.


SHMN made some interesting tweets after the fake news hit calling it an error by their "PR Agency" which they planned on firing because of the incident

What exactly does SHMN mean by "PR Agency"?

We've seen EFLN work with pumpers to put out fake news and that stock eventually got suspended because of it.

The SHMN excuse doesn't add up unless their "PR agency" is a bunch of pumpers that own the stock and the pumpers went rogue with the news today.

Or maybe what they mean by "PR ageny" is Globenewswire.com Maybe they are saying they won't be using globenewswire.com for press releases in the future since Globenewswire.com allowed the fake PR to go through.


Either way, the fact is the fake PR group has been involved in SHMN for a while now so a fake PR seemed inevitable. I'm inclined to believe that they had something to do with today's fake PR.

It really has gotten to the point that people need to stop supporting this group putting out the fake PRs by no longer buying the stocks they are manipulating.

People also need to start assumning that all news put out through globenewswire.com for pink sheet tickers is fake until proven real. Globenewswire.com is used for the overwhelming majority of the fake PRs because they have the worst verification system in place to prevent their service from being used for fraud.
