Over promising and under delivering without proper execution and a never ending appetite for selling shares to pay debts. Add the note holders selling and you have the short term pressure. Poss did step into a shit hole and had to clean it up. His long term vision could pay off, but the insider moves kill any short term movement.

I think it can recover 50% on news of a rec license and oil sales and why I'm here. Why are you here?
