The money Joe recently raised was only to retain their CNSX listing, as without the 50k they were not meeting minimum exchange requirements. There are no active proposals, only active b.s. Need I remind everyone the track record of Joe and friends? Breastaware, Washable Keyboards, UK Air Bearings, Saudi Aramco, Power Line Monitoring, Castrol, General Motors and I know there were more but am reluctant to go back and review the carnage. All of those deals netted a big fat F/A. The most recent "Private Placement buyers" were supposedly enticed with hints of upcoming news/info pertaining to Honda and some Arizona Power Plant.
