Btw In My Opinion, the money raise of the last two weeks was necessary because of the accepted proposals [orders] from the Dubai Live Demo at the SPE conference.

And your link is all about Broker placements of PP. So again you are wrong!! MMTIF'S placements are direct from the company to family and friends of the company with all terms known before the deal [ money changes hands] is done. There are no commissions being paid to brokers to push these securities. They are dilutive but they are not TOXIC.
