Disagree: "The chances of deliberate deception is almost nil."

I would say that claiming "there will be no more delays" almost 6 months ago was deliberately deceiving.

I would say that almost every "update" has been deceiving in its inability to properly project the:

-timing
-risk
-ultimate cost of this ridiculous venture.

ZN management deserves jail time. ZN deserves to be delisted.
