We are assessing the risk factors of whether the well is commercial. For instance, if the well could not have been drilled, then it could not be commercial.

Therefore, being commercial or not is not a factor but the outcome of the assessment.

Of course, the assessment at this point will not be absolute. Only news from Zion will do that. We are just doing DD with info available.
