What there is of SGSI Ihub-L-2 data so far shows the SGSI ask at .007 with 150,000 shares at the ask ???? 
One broker shows a slightly larger ask at .0038
The L-2 issues today seem to be affecting trading, but I see evidence the ask got slapped for another 100,000 buy at .0038
